Because symptoms of heart disease in women differ from those of men, women don't always recognize them and, consequently, more women die of the disease. Cardiologist Chad Carr, MD, will share important information women need to know about heart disease and prevention. Joining Dr. Carr will be stress management specialist Elizabeth Connor, RYT, who will discuss the effects of stress on one's health and lead participants in stress relief exercises.
