Body Balance

This class is for seniors and focuses on improving strength, balance and functional ability. This 30 minutes of gentle exercise also helps reduce the risk of falls and osteoporosis. Led by a certified personal trainer, you'll use resistance training, stretching and cardiovascular exercise to increase strength and stamina.
