Government and Community Programs
Uninsured patients may be eligible to apply for other programs to get financial help. We will help you find out whether government and community programs (such as the Oregon Health Plan, Medicare or Medicaid) can help cover your medical bills.
Silverton Financial Assistance Program
Who Can Use this Program
You may be eligible for our Charity/Community Care Program if you have a limited income and live within our area of service.
What To Do
Fill out a financial assistance form and return it to the hospital. You will be asked to provide copies of income tax returns, property tax statements, pay stubs or other information about your household finances. To get a form, either come to the hospital and speak with a financial counselor, or call a financial counselor to request one be mailed to you.
Payment Plan Options
Even after assistance, you may still owe money for your medical bills. To set up a payment plan, call our financial counselor or call our business office for more information.
