Our estimate service can provide you with the average charges for specific medical services and procedures at the hospital. You can use this information, along with the information from your insurance company, to determine what your out-of-pocket expenses will be.

Before calling our estimate service for the cost of a specific procedure, it is important that you have on hand:

• The CPT Code for your service or procedure. This code, which identifies a specific medical service, can be obtained through your physician’s office.
• A full description of the service you will be receiving.
• The provider’s name who will be performing the procedure.
• Your insurance information, if you have insurance, including your primary and secondary insurance.
